Canada's largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) – An 18 billion REIT.
This project consisted in the management of the company integration post merger. During this engagement, we managed the Enterprise Cloud migration, Network migration, and development of a support team from the ground up.
A billion dollars startup focused on genome mapping
This project allowed us to Coordinate a billion-dollar genome mapping spin off, and to manage the creation of a billion-dollar start up focused on genome, from North Americas largest hospital. For this organization, we also oversaw the Office 365 Cloud migration, and optimized an existing Support Service. Finally, we managed the build outs of two complete Corporate Offices.
The largest player in Secondary Markets – A 50 Billion Private Equity firm
This engagement consisted in the build of a Compliance process, in an effort to Improve the Information Technology Governance Controls (ITGCs) for the client. We implement a processes to successfully achieve SOC 1 Type 2 Certification with no deviation. We also coordinated the Network migration, and oversaw the Enterprise Cloud migration.
An American Real Estate giant – A 3 billion Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
This project encompassed shopping centers located across the United States. We implemented Common area WiFi in most of the locations, developed an analytic platform for that service, and built a Project Management Office (PMO) for the client.
The leading Japanese global Information and Communication Technology (ICT) company – A 14.6 billion technology solution company.
For this project, we rebuilt and upgraded an infrastructure platform for offices around the World. We also oversaw the disposition of a large North American Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
